The Girl Who Had a Lover by Assumption
A girl had a boy in her neighborhood with whom she was friend.
They were so close they always walked around and even ate together and so the girl assumed the boy was in love with her
Then another boy who was admiring her came to woo her.
She just smiled and told him the other boy was her boyfriend.
The new boy went to ask the other boy if he was truly in a relationship with the girl because the girl said so, but the boy was shocked because he only saw her as his friend and nothing more
We tend to assume everything without getting our facts.
One could be making his biggest mistake in life
Don't assume that a lady or guy is in love with you when he or she never said it with his or her mouth.
He or she might just be taking you for a friend
Don't assume that someone hates you because he never talks to you or saw you on the road but didn't say hi.
What if the person never saw you?
Don't assume that your husband is having an affair with another woman because he hides his phone from you or he comes home late, it might be something entirely different
Don't assume that your boss hates you or your mother likes your brother more than you.
You may be totally wrong.
Don't assume that a friend or neighbour likes you because he always calls or visits, he might just be doing that because he wants or gets something from you
When someone who usually smiles no longer smiles; when someone who hugs you no longer do so; when someone who visits you no longer do so, don't assume just anything because there might be other reasons for such, unknown to you.
Our assumptions are mostly wrong.
